  • Can I make payments?

    For our web projects, our payment system is structured is into three phases:

    • Deposit payment — 1/4 of the total contract; due at the time of contract signing
    • Progress payment — 1/2 of of the total contract; due upon design completion
    • Final payment — Balance of the contract; due upon project completion

  • Can I update my website myself?

    Oh, yes; in fact, we encourage it!

    Not only is WordPress easy to use but we have come up with a new system (built into WordPress) that will allow you to make changes across your entire website within minutes. No more having to pay exorbitant fees to make changes—you can do them yourself and with just a few clicks.

  • Do you have a price list?

    We actually don’t work from a set price. Why? Because every client is different and every client needs something different. It wouldn’t be fair to put people in pre-defined “lists”.

    So how do we work? We talk to our clients. Weird, right? But it works for us. We look at what you have now, ask where you’re wanting to go in the future, look at the design and features you have now and how we can make it better. Then, together, we find the services that you need.

  • Do you work with templates?

    Yes, we can and do work with templates. Pre-designed templates are a good choice for those who want a professional look but do not have the budget for a custom designed website.

    While each template is different, most templates can be customized with colors and images of the author’s choosing.

  • What payment forms do you accept?

    We accept money orders, checks, and money transfers with no additional fees.

    We also offer clients the opportunity to pay through PayPal with an additional 3% fee for each PayPal payment. Why is there an additional fee? PayPal charges this fee for all credit card payments made through the their system. Rather than raising prices for everyone, we made the decision to keep our low rates while offering the PayPal system for convenience.

  • What services do you offer?

    We specialize in custom built WordPress websites. While there are many different CMS’s (content management systems) in the wild, we’ve found that WordPress offers not only the most options and flexibility but also the most stability and support. Of course, we realize that not everyone needs a fancy-schmancy website right off the bat. That’s why we take the time to talk with our client and make sure what we build matches what they need.

    In addition to designing & building websites, we also handle branding across social media and print. This includes everything from Facebook covers to custom Twitter backgrounds to custom printed postcards.
